Condition information

Unsere drei kosmetischen Zustandsklassen

A · Sehr gut

Wenige, leichte oberflächliche Gebrauchsspuren. Gehäuse und Tastatur wirken insgesamt gepflegt.

B · Gut

Sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren, beispielsweise Kratzer, Abrieb oder glänzende Tasten.

C · Akzeptabel

Check the specific item

Read the condition, description, specifications and included accessories on the product page. Specific signs of use and limitations are described there. Representative images may differ from the individual device delivered.

Used and refurbished

Used means an item has previously been used. Refurbished describes a used device that has been reconditioned. The scope and result depend on the individual listing; the term does not promise an as-new appearance.

Appearance and function are separate

An appearance grade may describe scratches, wear or marks on the housing and keyboard. It does not replace technical information. Also read the notes about the screen, ports and other features.

Battery and accessories

Battery capacity and runtime depend on the device, age, use and settings. A condition label alone does not promise a particular remaining capacity. Specific commitments, measurements and included power adapters or accessories are shown on the item.

Which configuration will I receive?

The selected configuration and its associated item details are decisive. Pay particular attention to processor, memory, storage, keyboard layout, operating system and condition.

Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected. See our warranty information for the additional warranty.
