Returns & Exchanges We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Click it Remarketing GmbH. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer you the option to return or exchange it. Please note the following conditions: --- Right of Return You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return period of a total of 30 days from the date of delivery. To exercise your right of return, please send us a written notice (by email or via our contact form) within the applicable period stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and—if possible—in the original packaging. The return is free of charge for you. We cover all return shipping costs. --- Exchange You may exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Exchanges can be made for another product or, if preferred, for a voucher. To request an exchange, simply send us an email or use our contact form. --- Warranty For products in categories A to C, we offer a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers defects that can be proven to be caused by material or manufacturing faults. For warranty claims, please contact us with a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We will review the case as quickly as possible and either send you a replacement product or repair the item. --- Exceptions A return or exchange is unfortunately not possible for: Personalized or custom-made products Hygiene products, such as underwear or cosmetics, which cannot be returned for health and safety reasons   --- Refunds After a successful return and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
