Standard parcel shipping within Germany is free. Large items and freight shipments require an individual quote.
Parcel shipping to other EU destinations
Shipping charges depend on the destination country, postcode, packed weight and number of parcels. Available delivery options and the total including applicable VAT are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address and before placing your order.
Several devices may require several parcels. Suitable small accessories may be shipped together.
Freight and special delivery areas
Large displays, heavy equipment and freight items require an individual shipping quote. Islands, certain remote regions and special tax territories require review. Please contact support before ordering.
Malta, Cyprus, Greece and destinations outside the approved EU parcel countries are currently unavailable for automatic checkout.
Tracking
Available tracking numbers appear in your account order details or private guest order link once shipped. Handover and delivery are based on confirmed shipping events.
