For items advertised with a one-year seller warranty, that warranty applies. A warranty is an additional benefit. Your statutory rights regarding defects against the seller remain free of charge and are not restricted.
For designated eligible devices, twelve months are included. For eligible notebooks and PCs priced up to €600, you can select a total of 24 months for €34.90 or 36 months for €69.90 per device when purchasing. Paid extensions require German billing and delivery addresses.

Warranty and statutory rights
You may exercise statutory rights regarding defects independently of this warranty, free of charge. A manufacturer’s warranty is a separate offer from the relevant manufacturer.
Warranty terms
Designated eligible notebooks and desktop PCs with a device price up to €600 have twelve months of warranty included. Paid extensions provide a total term of 24 months for €34.90 or 36 months for €69.90. Prices are per device and include statutory VAT. The term starts when the device is handed over. Select the extension when purchasing: it sets the total term and is not added to twelve months.
Paid extensions require German billing and delivery addresses and apply within Germany. They are available to private and business customers of the Click IT Remarketing GmbH online shop. Other sales platforms are included only where expressly stated. Earlier commitments under existing contracts remain unchanged.
The warranty covers hardware defects arising during the term under intended use, including defects in the supplied power adapter. Inspection and repair of covered defects are provided without charges for necessary labour or materials. If repair is impossible or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, an at least equivalent replacement device will be offered. If that is also impossible, the device price will be refunded. The paid extension price will be refunded proportionately for unused extension periods. Click IT Remarketing GmbH pays necessary transport costs within Germany and provides a suitable return route.
Battery functional defects are covered for twelve months after handover. Normal age- and use-related capacity reduction is not a warranty claim. Extensions do not provide an additional battery runtime or remaining-capacity commitment. Expressly promised characteristics and statutory rights remain unaffected.
This voluntary warranty excludes accident, drop, liquid and misuse damage caused after handover, normal wear, data loss, software setup, theft and intentional damage. Described cosmetic wear does not become a promise of as-new appearance. Third-party interventions exclude cover only insofar as they caused the claimed defect. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
Report a claim within the warranty term by email or phone, with the order or invoice number and a description of the fault. No specific original packaging or complaint form is required. Click IT Remarketing GmbH will agree an inspection and return route with you. Back up personal data before sending a device. Do not ship devices with damaged or abnormal batteries without prior agreement.
